I entered in to a short-sale contract to purchase a home, and set up a $1000 deposit in the insistence of my agent. The purchase wasn't authorized from the vendor's lender, and also the seller decided to return the deposit.
However The two agents interfered within the deal, and therefore are not delivering the deposit. I have been acquiring one excuse after another from their store to get a month!
