We were looking for a house and found a great house in Farmington that was a short sale. We were approved and everything was set to close on June 27th. The afternoon of June 26th Jay (our realtor) told us that we might not close because the bank didnt approve a short sale.
Come to find out that the house had two mortgages and not only was it not in short sale but the house was in foreclosure. The house was going into auction and actually it was advertised for auction THREE weeks prior.
Our realtor told us that we knew the house was for foreclosure and he didnt have to inform us of that fact or the fact that it was up for auction. We had put a notice on our rental, plus power and cable was shut off and we ended up living in the rental with no hot water for a week and a half.
Thru all of this Kellar Williams claims no reponsibility eventhough the sellar's realtor was also from Kellar Williams his name is Jaime Hassenfus.
I will never do business with Kellar Willaims again they are not to be trusted and I write this so that other people dont have the same miss fortune
