It's not your money chase! - Flood loss proceeds

We are having trouble getting Chase to release 2nd draw insurance proceeds they are holding to pay for flood related repairs on our home. We're just sitting on hold with our contractor now waiting for the overdue funds. Lucky for us, our home is livable even though repairs are not yet completed. If anyone manages to work up a class action lawsuit please contact us.
