Chase Home Finance is deliberately stalling as a means to defy Obama's help for homeowners program. I am a good customer and I came by this emergency honestly—they have no interest in helping me and the process of trying to get through to ANYONE at chase who knows what they are doing has brought me to tears—with every disconnected call, every one-hour hold time, every snotty customer service rep insisting that i don't know what i'm talking about—how am I supposed to earn a living when I work by the hour and I've easily spent 40 hours just trying to get a response from anyone who actually follows through or keeps track of my application.
