This company contacted me on several occasions. I agreed one time, but decided against it and canceled within 48 hours. They did refund my money, however continued to contact me on several more occasions.
When I finally agreed, based on the fact that they assured me they had a buyer for my timeshare in Kissimmee, FL, and that they needed me to put $1,287 on my credit card. This $ was for title search and escrow fees. I put the amount on my MasterCard on 7/09. CVS also told me not to pay my maintenance fee, assuring me that they had a definite buyer and would be back in touch with me within the next few weeks.
I still haven't heard back from them in spite of my several phone calls to them, combined with a fax to them requesting they contact me and inquiring as to what happened.in addition, I am overdue on my maintenance fees and have been assessed overdue charges to my home resort.
