Briggs & Stratton bought Murray, which made the snow blower I bought new. Unit was assembled incorrectly at the factory and I documented it immediately (no lubrication, parts misaligned, cracked plastic parts). Briggs uses the name, sells the parts, of Murray - but will not honor the warantee... And I only asked they send me the plastic parts. They want to charge me $25 for the damaged parts during assembly at the factory. Briggs & Stratton can go to hell - I would never ever buy any product associated or using Briggs & Stratton.
