Hi, I read your grievances about Amerisave and that I am simply from a horrible encounter together. I imagined my mortgage refinance was a done-deal as my credit rating has ended 800 no main obligations except a mortgage, great funds and company. Each time I complied with whichever demand they'd, they created more needs. I taken care of the evaluation for that appraiser they selected also it wasn't adequate. They'd another appraiser they taken care of also it nevertheless wasn't adequate. Our first issue was " Is Amerisave an immediate bank?" the solution was yes, but after I posted all of the necessary paperwork, Ray Martinez, my mortgage agent explained these were examining using the underwritter for Chase Lender who had been likely to contain the mortgage. At the conclusion, I had been totally ashamed and shocked in the method they operate their company. Ray Martinez, "my mortgage consultant" shouldn't be permitted to cope with customers, not to mention be described as a mortgage broker.
