Amerisave is a big scam to get all your information and sell the information. I had applied for a loan that had all the right documentation (condo was appraised by Amerisave as 2x the loan amout requested, credit score is 750, no issues with other lender that I finally went with) and they still declined it with some reason related to one condo being work/live. They will go out to find reasons to decline your application. Also they will hold you in suspense for over 8 weeks till they make their decision. Do not believe the rates they post as this will never convert into a mortgage. Ask any Loan mortgage officer from any other company (or ex-employees) and they will confirm the scam at Amerisave.
