Amerisave/Todd Pityer appeared to be our lifesaver. Having purchased my home alone in 2005 by having an adjustable-rate mortgage, little did I understand how disastrous that will become. Our fund and that I discovered Amerisave and yes we qualified to get a FHA fixed-rate mortgage. All our obligations could be folded ino the mortgage and we'd shut quickly. Our fund has 0 credit so we went rushing to include him to my tools expenses. Everything was ready.
I gave Todd Pityer a charge card for that $395 which may NOT be billed and also the next thing there is an appraiser at my door. I'venot noticed from Todd for 3-4 times today. He does not answerphone, return any calls or emails. I named the primary quantity and got another mortgage consultant who could not explain this. Once we spoke more we eventually stated if no-return phone or e-mails that always indicates no mortgage.
I could not think what I had been reading. I questioned just how can that be whenever we got mortgage documents and also have been already authorized. Not too, they let you know that. I've been looking to get your hands on some higher-up but you know what? No additional telephone numbers or emails.
That Is completely disastrous tome, Todd Pityer guide lied to us and proivded a terrible experience. I can not let you know just how much tension this placed on me after I had been advised these details. Obviously she could not support since I ready gavew Todd all our files.
Our recommendation to anyone considering Todd Pityer & Amerisave DO NOT!
You won't just get high blood pressure but you wont obtain the mortgage, YOU'LL OBTAIN THE WORST SUPPORT and also the probably GREATEST COSTS!
Todd PItyer IS JUST A Horrible Mortgage Individual!
