It began around July that i first became ill with upper respitory infection and could not shake it. I was becoming so sick that I eventually contacted convient care inwhich was informed that the huge patch in one of my closets were more than likely black mold in my apartment and this was why i was becoming ill and staying ill. I was advised to get out of apartment asap that it was not suitable to reside in. My apartment at one time had flooded destroying quite abit of my property, i have had to replace funiture, move into a new apartment, all my clothes were ruined and the landlord had tried at one time to evict me inwhich i sucessfully proved why i had withheld rent by counter suing... I have gone through all kinds of hell trying to resolve this issue that has caused a great inconvience to me. I have a great deal of documentation showing proof of the problem that i eventually had to go to an envirnmental service on for my own documents showing that a problem had existed and still does to this day due to the landlords neglance to fix the issue. Facts are that this gentlemen is running for office in town and is quite wealthy aswell as one of the good ole boys. I have heard several complaints from others who have either been former tenants or either still are apart of that residence who have expierenced the same thang or similar along with other complaints regaurding the unfair treatment they have expirenced. Oneys apartments are apparently known for their shadiness in not taking care of their tenents.
