Failure to follow through on contract

I caught with Peter Hanson & Mark Hanson Lic.# 9794 of GOVERNMENT TIMESHARE ADVERTISING INC. To market or hire my timeshare on 3-30. The sum total price was to become $800 when offered and $400 to begin. I settled the $400 on 3-30-09 and also have noticed nothing from their website sence. The main telephone # 877-656-3569 isn't any longer operating. And so I named the 2nd # 888-714-3039 Ext. 173 and obtained exactly the same responce, this # isn't any longer operating.
