Verifications mounted on the falsified court papers will also be falsified:
“I have browse the foregoing [place title of doc] and understand its articles. I'm among the lawyers for UDR Villa Venetia, L.P. An event for this motion.
“Such party is missing in the region of aforesaid wherever such lawyers have their practices, and that I get this to Confirmation for and with respect to that celebration because of this.
“I am educated and think and on that floor claim the issues mentioned within the foregoing record are true.”
Then Your day uses, “in the town of Anaheim, Florida, ” the typewritten title of possibly Cynthia S. Poer, Esq. Or Todd A. Brisco, Esq., followed closely by their respective signatures.
They falsified the next Verifications:
1. Confirmation to Criticism – Unlawful Detainer dated February 11, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-00244203
2. Confirmation to Criticism – Unlawful Detainer dated March 3, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-00248999.
3. Confirmation to First Amended Complaint – Unlawful Detainer dated April 2, Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-00248999.
Remember, many of these details were delivered to the interest of the Courtroom and were overlooked.
