After being guaranteed $100 from rent.com for signing a rent with my condo neighborhood, Archstone, this has been 4 weeks and that I have not noticed it. They declare they shipped it but surprisingly enough, it never came. Additionally, they sent me nowadays (after many emails from me for them) the card ends today-so I ought to contact instantly. They offered me a fax number in the place of a telephone number.
No apologies, terrible customer support, an entire fraud.
