We bought a house where the vendors supplied a House Guarantee through National House Guard of California (AHS). We'd a problem with this AC and also the guarantee organization (AHS) sent an AC expert to research the issue. We also had additional AC professionals examine the issue within the meantime. The air conditoner expert that AHS subcontracted was in the organization "Atmosphere Physician." The specialist from Atmosphere Physician documented the device was 40% blocked with form however the freon was "ok." The truth that form was existing and plentiful was an excellent problem in my experience because of the proven fact that my spouse is impaired. AHS mentioned nothing was protected. When I mentioned, additional AC professionals were out to gauge the AC and all of the four businesses mentioned the air conditioner wasn't operating and must be changed. We named Atmosphere Physician back to get a minute viewpoint along with a diverse support specialist arrived and explained personally the system wasn't operating correctly and due to it-not cycling, form has gathered. He explained he would deliver this statement/suggestion to National House Guard stating the system must be changed. We were approached by an AHS consultant who stated again, "nothing is protected under guarantee." I told the consultant the tech from Atmosphere Physician (their developed AC expert) explained he would place in to get a new device. The consultant stated that it was merely a suggestion also it was decided they weren't likely to protect this AC because of the form problem which the form was what triggered the system to prevent functioning. It was obviously the alternative of exactly what the guy from Atmosphere Physician explained. I requested the consultant from AHS "... Who's responsible if my wifes wellness is sacrificed?" and also the consultant stated that isn't their issue. I'd prefer to consider further activity from this organization.
