Definitely don't hire below!!! We'd our vehicle shattered into, we have had the tires reduced, we'd creatures moving and damaging within the SURFACES, we'd bugs within the home (I clear my surfaces for several of you who believe I should be filthy), I've a dog and that I machine nearly every evening, one day I woke up-to visit function and also the bugs had swarmed the raised pet dish, we'd criticism after criticism from neighbors stating we did not get after our puppy and that I VIDEO-TAPED the jackass neighbors' dogs crapping before our condo, we found raccoons RESIDING IN the surfaces of work building so when the supervisors wherever informed about this they believed it had been adorable... Would you understand how many illnesses those activities bring??? That isn't precisely the atmosphere you would like your valuable dog around. Oh plus they do not have protection within this location then when we named about our vehicle being shattered into and also the tires being cut, they stated "Properly these kinds of things occur and there is nothing we are able to do about this" They'd the club shattered into aswell... You had feel they'd get protection for THAT!!! Oh plus they had the nerve to place a Klaus' towing label about the vehicle that had smooth tires from being cut! Stating it had been left there for too much time and we had a need to have it fixed ASAP. I am sorry but we shifted into this spot to conserve money to purchase a home... We did not believe we'd be investing $1000-$2000 in repairs etc. THANK GOD we could purchase our house and obtain the-hell out-of there... As well as the cherry on the top is that this... Your day we were shifting out and receiving anything located... The tap valve for that bathtub smashed also it LEFT water (as though I'd it switched on full-blast) within the bathtub to get a great 30-40 minutes while I waited and waited for preservation showing up.
This location is very good if you like the path alongside cottonwood playground... But oh wait... Which was underconstruction the entire period we lived there...
This position just plain sucks. You reveal the resources between your quantity of tenants so that your gasoline statement or what've you is approximately $100 per month... Your power bill to get a HOME is $100 per month and lower... Epernay Apartments may be the toughest spot I've actually experienced my entire life. THE ONLY REAL positive thing I will state is my spouse and that I preferred the format of the main one bedroom attic. There is not storage but I suppose you will get used-to it-like we did... For a whole year...
