Their deals are an entire farce! They really lie. 90% of the auctioned qualities aren't offered. There's a key 'book cost', therefore the starting bet they promote doesn't matter whatsoever. The vendor has got the auctioneer bet about the vendors own home. The auctioneer is onto it also. If you are bidding, you're bidding from the vendor. It is a no-win situation. They promote "every home should be offered". Total lies.

The home I had been bidding on had a $29k starting bet marketed, however the vendoris key Book Cost was $200,000. Exactly what a fraud! I bet $55k, the aauctioneer instantly bet $65k, addressing the vendor. He actually highlights towards the crowd such as the bet is from the group, however itis not. A ccomplete fraud. Be careful.
