Our building just had their annual association meeting last week. We hired Urbane Results and they announced that our dues are going down next year thanks to a bunch of great venders they lined up. With our last management company they went up by $30 per year. We are so thankful that in these tough economic times Urbane has helped us make the right decisions that both improve our building and kept cash in my wallet. Every little bit counts!
