This web site is promoting offers to list a property "for sale" on a large network of readers for a fee of $29.95 covering a listing period of 30 days. I listed my property with them on December 18 and was charged immediately. The offer includes the uploading of a picture. When attempting to upload a picture (only 25kb size) the transaction does not work. There is also an "editing" function which allows changes of text but still no uploading of a picture. When either attempting to activate the Q & A function, or the help function, or the "contact us" function only the homepage is shown without possibility of access to these functions. Their toll free number for assistance 1-800-432-3133 cannot be accessed from outside of the US (I live in France). Finally, when attempting to check their "terms and conditions" these cannot be accessed either. There is no evidence that the ad is actually published. The advertiser cannot be reached. I only received a confirmation e. Mail from them ([email protected]) with reference: Subject: Thank you for registering with Bargain Network Classifieds! Date: 18.12.2008 23:37: 11 Property ID: 500001353and confirming my password. I suspect that this is a scam and would appreciate any assistance in clarifying this issue and recovering my money.
