I will never give lowes any business again.in the future home depot will recieve it. Reason. I bought a new washer, dryer, freezer in the same week I put it on my charge with in 8 months i paid off all but $700. I was going out of town so i decided to make my payment 2 weeks early. When i got my bill there was a late fee. They insisted I did not pay. I gave them $75 that same day and said I would be back in a couple weeks to pay it off. My next bill not only showed the payment i paid but also the one they said i was late. Dated 10 days before the due date. I went right over there and showed them i was right and wanted the late fees given back. They said no so i handed them a check for the balance owed.By the way that paid the 2 year debt in 9 months. I no longer owe LOWES and no longer will buy there. I cut up my charge card and hope many other readers will do the same.
