I called about the late charge and was told I was talking to the service dept. And could only fax in my complaint or mail it. I tried to fax it in but got only a busy signal for hours. Finally, I gave I gave up and mailed it in. I use e-time banking and sent the payment on 9/6 which is 11 days before it was due. This happened before. I'm think they just want to make money this way. I hate being suspicious but this is really ridiculous.
Why isn't this considered the service department's job and why can't I talk to a person?
