I've my mortgage because we purchased our house in 2005. We dropped behind since we did not escrow our fees, therefore we a cost agreement together after which we couldn't get captured using the escrow plus they needed a complete cost of 7200.00. And so I approached there litigation group (when they have one) plus they explained to create difficulty notice and perform a fiscal worksheet. We did this for 5 weeks in AROW and today we're six months in behind and today they wont consider anything. And so I employed an attorney who cope with businesses such as this.
