HomeGain, www.HomeGain.com, of 1250 45th Street, Suite 200, Emeryville, CA 94605, promoted $500.00 refund for utilizing their providers twice in property deals. I applied their providers twice in promoting 2 citizen homes. One on 1/28 plus one on 5/31. I'd delivered HomeGain copies of the dealings many times, but I never get my refund as advertised.
