Complaint / review text:
Flex Realty is a SLUM Lord property manager. They fix nothing in a timely matter. I live In a secure building. Have lived there for over 17 months, have reported the door buzzer release and intercom does not work since I moved in, they have not even addressed the matter. They are rude on the phone and talk down to you. Seem to think they are better than you somehow.
