Flex Realty is a slumlord property manager. They fix nothing in a timely manner. I live in a secure building and have lived there for over 17 months. I reported that the door buzzer release and intercom have not worked since I moved in, and they have not even addressed the matter. They are rude on the phone and talk down to you. They seem to think they are somehow better than you.
