I planned to be away from my Realty property for at least 1yr. I opted to discontinue my Water (turned of valve by hand) Electric and gas service for this time. When i returned to my property the foundation of me realty property was damaged and my gas lines was modified. I called RG&E to ask who gave them permission and access to my property they said it was some project the performed on the street between July 08- August. 09. My property was vandalized and my basement is leaking water. I was told the city vacated my property because i had no service on. I thought it is my prerogative to have service or not, i just pay for a inspection, which is a lot cheaper than to carry service month by month. This vacate of property still does not give anyone permission to enter and do any work on my property!
