This company does an awful job at managing property in the Charleston, SC area. They are highly unprofessional and have terrible communication with both tenants and landlords. Their repairman is a co-owner of the business and he is the one who is paid to fix problems at the rentals - at the expense of the owner of course! They love billing you and doing everything in house to pad their own pockets.
