This company sold us a custom order of engineered wood. When the installers went to install there was a 40% discard rate. So in essence we paid a lot more for the wood than we intended. The company tried to tell us that the wood is supposed to be spotted, but literally there were hundreds of planks that looked polkadot to say the least. Close to no joke a thousand other planks were split on both ends rendering them not usable. Please save yourself any worry and don't buy from this company.
