Sod Replacement Has Bald Spots Three Months After Purchase

I bought sod replacement from Home Depot, and it came with yard maintenance for one year. Now, after three months, I have a lot of bald spots and they are getting worse. I contacted the main Home Depot and got no result, only promises.
