I purchased a new home from Toll Brothers that is so seriously flawed that the Tax Court of NJ has assessed it at $25,000 FOR SALVAGE. (I paid $593,000 for it.) Toll Brothers refuses to acknowledge or fix the house and has done nothing but jerk me around and make two VERY lowball offers to settle. (Estimate to repair is $981,000 - yes, you read that right. It will be cheaper to rebuild this house than to fix it.) They have done this to many homeowners across the country.
