On May 9, I ordered a part for my 3 burner grill. When completing the order I was given the choice of having the part shipped via FedEx Ground, which I chose. On May 15, I went back to the website to find out where the part was and found it had been shipped on the 9th, but by US Postal Service, not the FedEx Ground I had been charged for, and was currently in Ohio, according to the trace from USPS. The part finally arrived yesterday, the 19th. Attempts to get Char-Broil to refund all or part of the shipping charge were met with a flat "no".
