I was very happy with my report, although I did not wish to sign up for the bulk report plan. The customer service team was very respectful of my wishes to cancel the account. They refunded my previous months charges, although it took a little over a week to receive. I will be more careful to read the billing description when ordering online in the future. Overall good experience with the company
