The paperwork that Greentree sent when I was changed over to their mortgage company states unequivocally that bills are not assessed as late until the 16th. However, I was given a late fee when my money was deleted from my account (I do online banking) on the FIRST of April.
Based on all the negative reports on customer-no-service, I do not look forward to calling them on the phone, but I will report my experiences and I have already reported them to the better business bureau.
