It took 4 days to hear back from anyone regarding a property I was interested in. I felt for the owner of that property, wondering how many good prospects were just being allowed to drift by. When I finally did hear from Lucas and got to see the property, I was told that if I apply that day I would be first in line for the property. I have stellar credit and a good income. As it is Christmas, I wanted to get in right away. I called everyday to hear the status of my application. I was told daily by Christina, that it was still under review, which seemed odd. Today, over a week later, Franchesca told me that they were unable to download my applilcation. Hence, this entire time, they have NOT REVIEWED IT! Over a week has gone by??? OVER A WEEK calling every day, and you couldn't tell me the fax I sent, yes, was told to FAX IT IN, was not downloading??? And, the KICKER, OOPS, we accepted another renter in the mean time. GOOD LUCK renter's with this one. Good luck home owner's. Really? HOMEOWNERS... TRY CALLING ON YOUR OWN PROPERTIES AS A "PROSPECT" See how long it takes for them to get back to you. Be a potential renter for your own sake. How really are they taking care of your business???
