Our company posted false claims (I worked to get a Florida Group, they've sovereign immunity, nor follow any state regulations) Nowadays is 10/08 my statements hasn't been solved. And so I chose to publish a web-based request since thier 800-number doesn't answer-phone calls. Today, the only real evidence that I'd that I had been actually ended by this group was COBRA paperwork confirming my firing. How is our reaction incorrect, YOU informed EDD in your software that the last evening worked was 9/13 and also you are informing EDD again inside your mail that the last evening worked was 9/13 so just how is our reaction incorrect? And again, the very first week of one's state is 9/9/12- 9/15. We don't worry about your Cobra paperwork because it has nothing related to your Unemployment Insurance state. You have to reevaluate your info.
