Woodlake mobile homes unruly, unorganized, tell everyone of park rules, but do not enforce them. Always have to call police to get a quiet neighborhood, and enforce the curfew of sound and young ppl. Staying out after cu

Young ppl deliberately walk in the center of roads, will not move out of the cars way when we are driving. Have to honk at them, always loud music and driving their cars above the speed limits in the park. No one will address any of these issues. There are ppl young and older, that are always running in this park after 9 P.M. We do not know if they live here or not. Ppl walking on your lots, ask them to please not walk across our lots, no one listens. Why are there rules if no one is going to enforce them. I have lived in this park over 20 yrs. If I was able to move out of here, I would. Since we can not afford to move. What can we do, other than keep calling 911.
