Gary and Beth Bates began their little company to ripoff their own parents. If you will notice on their site no phone numbers or addresses are ever given or listed. According to relatives they have wiped out Gary Bates, s mother, s trust account and have taken Beth, s fathers pensions as well. Wonder who is cashing the social security checks? Beth Bates also "inherited" a car from a client which is not really ethical when providing services to the elderly. Prior to enlisting services please satisfy yourself as to their qualifications. Beth Bates lists 30 years of experience. What Beth Bates doesn't say is she was a flight attendant. I don, t believe this is experience working with the elderly, maybe for a waitress it would count. Pictures they have posted are relatives, I believe only one is not. Pictures are also not current. Gary Bates is about 70 years old, not the dashing pilot he portrays on website. Be very careful when enlisting services for the elderly, many people are out there to take advantage.
