Went to an event that was advertised as Lake Lots in Mountains to be only $14900 that were supposedly well over 180k initially. When we showed up the Sales people were very nice until we got to the "lake" more like a "pond"! And they would not let us drive our own cars to the site. Totally NOT what was advertised!!!
RUN and run FAST! Don't waste your time. My neighbor went and ended up buying a
Ot for 42k and was told she would be able to resale it fast for at least 65k and it has been at least 6 months. She wanted to finance through own bank and Lakewood gave her a very hard time about that because they wanted her to finance through their preferred Lender list. She has regretted it since the first day. I feel sorry for her. She is stuck with it.
