We contacted a Remax Real Estate in Lake City for help to find us home They showed us an average home on 40 acers with a 2 acer pond. We fell in loved with the land and pond
We told them that was too much money, so Remax told us
"Robert Porter" said whoever bought just the house and
about 3 acers could use all the land and the pond, as
long as he owned it and he had no intenion of ever selling
We wouldn't have bought the house other wise.
Told other people, that looked at house the same thing.
Robert Porter told us at closing he wouldn't put it in
wrighting ' because he was afraid of a law suit.
A week after we moved in house, he came and told us we couldn't use anything. He also put up no trespressing signs. What a lier. He just wanted to sell the house.
