Holly is the director of the Homeowner's Association at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, Florida.
Basically, she is useless. She is very good at "fluff" and taking credit for things, but when anything meaningful needs to be done, she is absent. Disagree with her on any issue, no matter how minor, and she will lie, stonewall, retaliate and refuse to respons.
Holly acts as if she is employing the homeowners instead of vice-versa. She is great at giving out violations but not so great at any meaningful improvement. Her ex is a criminal, her boss is a criminal and Holly, at best, is useless.
