DO NOT work here if you are a minority. The Government will only hire you to get EEO cool points. They will do everything in their power to get you fired at the same time. There is no room for error if you are a minority. On the other hand you will find many caucasians making the same error you made and discover that they are still employed. Hmmmm... What's wrong with that picture? As far as the city, it gets no better. They are MAD that Ridgecrest is getting a little bit integrated. This can be a very uncomfortable place for someone who is a minority and have no family nearby.
