I thought I was dealing with Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles in trying to change my address on my and my husbands drivers license. I was not. They did change our addresses on our drivers licenses, this was back in Dec. They have been charging us $9.97 x two for each drivers license since, with the exception of 2 months after I called them in May. Visa refunded us $24.99 in June and now on out August visa bill they have started up again charging us. I cannot get ahold of them today by phone today and when I pulled up their so called website I ran across this complaint form. Visa hasn't been much help either. I am going to cancel my visa but would like to get some money back. (Personal Information Removed)
