Leigh Walker Unprofessional, Biased, Lying, Lazy, Overcharging, Ignores Documented Facts, Does little if any research, Completely ignores legal documents in favor of gossip

This woman is the most unprofessional person (in a professional position) I have ever encountered. The judge required me to pay for both sides of the social study, so I paid Leigh Walker a total of $1500. She refused to provide a receipt to me. She treated my side and me like we were second class citizens. She used none of the references I provided, she wrote all sorts of information that is false and could easily be proven so, if she actually did the research she said she did. Even worse, she contacted people who know nothing about my ex or myself and included that information in her social study report. When I called to question her, she refused to speak with me.

Ms. Walker used negative and/or false information in her report that was obtained from a lawyer whom my fianc dated for a short period of time. This lawyer has been stalking and threatening my fianc almost continuously over the past four years. Ms. Walker refused to write actual documented facts (provided by me, including a police report), and wrote slanderous statements regarding me such as me cooking methamphetamines in a camper in my backyard.

The report included well over 85 factually incorrect statements about me and/or my fianc. She ignored the fact that my ex-wife had been placed in mental hospitals six times (two involuntarily) before the age of 23.

I strongly urge anyone who is considering hiring Leigh Walker for a social study to avoid this person like the plague. The only thing she did for me was take my money, write a short report filled with lies, undocumented accusations, gossip and even worse. When I called her on it, she refused to speak with me and immediately wrote an addendum to the social study and provided it to the court. This addendum included more lies and changed her recommendation to be even more unfavorable to me.

To anyone who is considering hiring this woman to do a social study: Avoid Leigh Walker like the plague, proven facts mean nothing to this woman. She has numerous complaints pending and hopefully her social worker license will soon be revoked.
