Today I received my registration renewal form right on the ultimate day I was able to register my car without a penalty. Receiving this letter has not given me enough time to save the money for the bill since I am currently tight on cash. I looked at the post mark and I found out the letter was mailed to me two days prior. If the mail had delayed at all I would have to had to pay a penalty fee which I believe is very unprofessional as a government organization to practically con a person by sending important information at the last possible minute.
