Unable to Reach Live Person/Get Answers

I first submitted for unemployment your day I had been let go, 4/15. I received notice by email that my first-date to document a state could be 4/27. I submitted as guided - however my company directed me a severance check I had beennot wanting (I believed it was contained in my last salary). NJ Dept of Work subsequently refused my state. I spoke to some claims examiner and was informed to send my ultimate severance check to States Examiner Kyepez or E Yepez, that we did.

It's been over three months and my state continues to be not solved - I've named every quantity within the manual they offer to people looking for work, plus I've sent every current email address shown about the Division of Work's site. I finally talked to some live person recently who stated I'd to contact still another quantity today at 8:30 - It Is today 2 pm and that I have yet to truly have the telephone responded - it possibly bands and bands or is active.
