Do not rent at this location. The location has many problems. There are health department violations, fire hazards, health hazards, noisy neighbors, and crime.
The parking is bad, rules change from day to day. Eviction is a normal routine. There a two buildings on the property. There is a low retention of good neighbors, and what is left are loud, rowdy, drunken, and a generally bunch of low class people. Basically a trailer park hiding in a condo.
The units have been split up into efficiencies and rooms. This means you can easily hear the activity in the next unit. An odor travels easily, so if your neighbor smokes you will know. This is the kind of place, if a fire breaks out there will be serious injuries. Not one fire extinguisher on the property. There is no pest control, and when a repair needs to be made the condo president will attempt to repair.
The condo president will just enter your space without permission. Just beware and not make the same mistake I did.
