ARC mobile home park allows pets but all pets must be leased even when in their own yard. A person might as well live in an apartment! If the pet is not leashed they threaten to take down the homeowner's fence according to the "Fair Housing Laws" even if you own the home. One person complains that a pet is bothersome so all residents must keep their dogs/cats leashed when in their own yard! One of the good things about living in a residential mobile home community is having a yard and a pet that can run around in the yard. What would these people do if they lived in a housing development, sue their neighbor if their dog barked or their cat meowed? This is part of having neighbors. Maybe you should be happy your neighbor's dog barks when strangers are wandering around your house. If you want to be a hermit, go live in a cave!
