Rice Creek subdivision was a nice neighborhood in the beginning to live in. After living here over two years we have noticed that there are several drug dealers living on the street. I know this only because I have a teenage son that has told us they have tried selling drugs to him. These drug dealers are teenagers or older and play basketball on a daily basis with children in the neighborhood.
Attention HOA... Maybe you should worry more about the drug dealers living in the neighborhood than dogs pooping in the empty lots.
The houses are energy efficient only the first year, after that the utilities double or sometimes even triple... The seals around the bottom of the baseboards leak as well, especially if a bad storm blows the rain hard.
