D.S. S (Buncombe County Department Of Social Services) place my daughter in a grouphome in monroe, nc (wingate) and my daughter was totaly abused there as well as neglected there i filed a complaint in which they came back finding thatthis grouphome was neglecting not only my daughter but 2 other kids as well i have this report however nothing was never done about it so D.S. S sent my daughter back to the same grouphome. D.S. S lied to the courts and had Judge Pope place a court order out for my daughter and her bilogoical grandfather not to have any contact at all, however the d.S. S worker (Heather Reardon) was taking my daughter to Hillcrest Apartments to see her grandfather when my daughter would be home on her passes from that grouphome. Then when my daughter would go back to the grouphome, the grouphome staff would allow my daughter's grandfather and her cousion to come to visit her and a staff member in the grouphome, while the staff member was with the cousion my daughter was with her grandfather.
When my daughter came home on christmas pass she reported to Heather Reardon and myself that she was being abused in the grouphome and because D.S. S had custody over her there wasn't anything i could do so my daughter ran away and i filed a runaway report on her little did i know the social worker knew where she was the whole time so when we went back in front of Judge Pope he granted my daughter to come back to my home if i could find her, well after the court was over Heather Reardon told me where to find my daughter and who she was with (with her grandfather) so i went to Hillcrest Appartments two or thee times before i found Alfred (the grandfather) and told him he better have my daughter there waiting on me in 1 hour or i was bringing the cops and having him arrested. When i went back to Hillcrest alfred and my daughter were standing outside waiting on me, so i took my daughter home and so as a bit of time passed my daughter kept acting diffrent and was always hungry and gaining wait so i bought a home pregancy test and my daughter took it and it came back possitive so i took her straight to the hospital and everything came back that my daughter was pregnet. Well after Heather Reardon found out my daughter was pregnent Heather kept telling me and my daughter she knew who the babies daddy was, so when my daughter went to the hospital to give birth to her son by c section everything was just fine until the next day when D.S. S worker Phill Aiken showed up at the hospital with a crew of D.S. S workers and a group of Asheville police officers and entered into my daughters hospital room and through a fosterhome book on the table in front of my daughter and her sadated and told her we are here to take your baby.
Well my daughter has compleated everything D.S. S and the courts has asked her to do and they are still taking her to court to terminate her parental rights for no reason and it has been over a year and we still only get to see my grandson once a week supervised for two hours a week, when Walter should alredy have been back home with his mother and his family, and D.S. S is using my D.S. S history against me from getting Walter even though Judge Pope placed my kids back in my home, and i have taken several parenting classes, and straightend my life up and i'm Walter's next of kin and i have never done drugs drank or anything i just have a long history with D.S. S from when i was a kid until now and i tried to sue D.S. S in 1995 but my lawyer got disbared its another long D.S. S story however im just worried about gettin my grandson home to his family and away from D.S. S and the gay foster parents that D.S. S has placed him with that totaly goes against our family belives and morals and the cultral backgrounds are all diffrent from Walter's family's. Me and my daughter really needs help.
