They won't grant requests for meetings, and won't meet you in court. They will use these tactics to expand a debt of $500 to over $3200. They are deceptive in offering payment arrangements to lower the overall amount 'due', then lie and say that it never happened. This law group is saavy in the law, and know that they aren't subject to Fair Debt Collection Practices. You'll never even know that you owe anything, then receive a garnishment notice after a judgment is awarded which you were never notified of!
Liars, thieves, crooks and swindlers. They create trumped-up legal charges on a small debt, and keep it gowing over time, all without notice to the unsuspecting debtor. Once they feel the amount is worth their time, they will get a judgment in court. All of this without ever contacting you.
