Could someone answer this question? Why is the unemployment insurance In CALIFORNIA being paid 100% by a fund from the companies and not a combined half employee taxes are used and matched by the employers. Where did this myth of the half and half, which I hope is not, come from and when did it go away if it did exist? So now that this state taxes the living SH*T out of us and there are no "JOBS", how are people going to live without money? HEY MORONS, the whole f*king country is in the sh*tter and there is no where to go if you were born in the USA! What now??
