This RV and Mobile Home Park is "NOT" the place anyone wants to stays at. The majority of tenants in this park dislike the owners/management; Loren & Juna Brooks. These people are rude, nosy, and extremely greedy. Up until today (Sept. 30) the restrooms/showers hadn't been cleaned and sanitized for 8 months. The park doesn't supply paper towels, nor toilet paper. The management allows registered sex offenders, alcoholics and drug users into the RV section. Within the past two months, there was 5 registered sex offenders here. Right now there is one. The owner will use excuses to keep from renting to families with kids; beings because of the offenders.."This is not a place anyone, including overnighters that have children would want to stay".. The owners would rather lose a space renting to kids, then to lose a registered sex offender that pays by monthly.."The owners are very greedy. It is about the almighty buck. They will nickle and dime anyone".. They don't do any improvements to the park. There is mold everywheres;
Also the former office is in dire need of a paint job. One does not feel welcomed in this park, because one feels they are walking on eggshells because of the owners. If you have a guest that comes to visit you, the management will break their necks to see what is going on with one having a visitor.."Oh and the management prefers tenants not to speak with other tenants".. He (Loren) has actually demanded to tenants not to speak to other certain tenants.."We couldn't take anymore of living here, so in the morning we are moving out"..infact as of this time the RV section has thinned out quite a bit. People move because of the owners/management or because they violated their parole. I am including a couple of complaints that were posted against Wonderland Mobile & RV Park. The owners/management do not know how to run a business properly. If they did this park would look and be run as well as it was 20 years ago. Not be run with greed, filth, alcoholics, drug users and especially registered sex offenders. If one can't run a business properly and with people skills, then one should not be in "business"..

Cheap / RUDE / cheap
The attitude by Mngmt is terrible! Totally Nonsocial and Paranoid. The Cheapness is reflected in the missing bulbs in the front entrance sign. The Mngmt wont fix problems as common as Potholes because they are busy doing yard work (Cheap!) themselves to avoid contact with humans. When social interactions are required... The Mngmt is RUDE, COLD, and ANAL, in fact... That is what the man is...: an A*HOLE!!!

Two Faced
The Mngmt. At this park is Two Faced.
I had to fight to get MY deposit back; even though I left my space spotless. The Mngmt. Does not have social skills and should not be dealing with the public at all. They are down right Wierd!!!

Lousy park to stay. Management are rude and phony.
Drugs in the park are overlooked. Your pets are not welcome.
Lots of mold to be had in the park. Sewage problems also.

The management shoots stray and friendly dog
The management is so rude and cruel that the owner shot a stray, friendly and scared dog with a pellet gun numerous times. Trying to claim this dog was about to attack a tenant. That is not true. When the dog pound arrived the man had no problem with the dog. He seen where the dog had been shot and so scared. The management did not fess up to shooting the dog but was informed by a couple of tenants what the management did. I am a tenant but in the 55 and older section of the park. I have lived here for 30 years and have never seen this park run with so much irresponsibility, cheapness, greed and hatred for people and animals. The cheapness reflects that no upgrades are done to the park. Tenants have valid reasons for not liking the management because the management aren't likeable people. If i could sell my mobile i would get out of this miserable park. All the management cares about is $s. I give this park an F for failure.
